Sarah Palin Credits Bush For Osama's Demise, Barack Not Mentioned

Leave it to Sarah Palin to thank the former POTUS for helping bring about Osama bin Laden's demise -- and in the same speech Monday make no mention of the president currently in The White House who actually gave the final orders for the elite Navy Seal Team 6 to carry out the operation to nab the world's No. 1 villain.

"We thank President (George W.) Bush for having made the right calls to set up this victory," Sarah reportedly said in a speech at Colorado Christian University on Monday.

Really? Even conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was at least considerate enough to credit and mention President Obama by name multiple times on his show Monday, even if he may not been sincere.

Just sayin'. ...

Sarah Palin vs. Snooki: Who Has The Hottest Orange Tan?

She may "own" Alaska, but girlfriend apparently owns some spray tan, too.

Sarah Palin attended White House Correspondents' Dinner festivities this weekend and looked like her new mantra had changed from "Drill, Baby, Drill!" to GTL.

She looked so Jerseylicious, in fact, that we bet only Snooki could beat her in a tan-off.

Sarah, who appeared at a number of events -- including the Heroic Media fundraiser and MSNBC's after-party -- totally rocking her orange gams.

Too Big Shoes: Sarah Palin Flip Flops Down Red Carpet At WHCD MSNBC After-Party

After a careful examination of our White House Correspondents Dinner weekend pics, we realized that -- in addition to having sunburned legs -- Sarah Palin's shoes didn't fit.

In fact, her heels were about to fall off of her feet as she pranced down the MSNBC After-Party's red carpet.

(Not to mention that she was flaunting a black suit on the red carpet.)

Tsk, tsk! Sarah, any former Miss Wasilla would know better than that.

And so, we must award Sarah with this weekend's "Too Big Shoes" award.

Spotted: Sarah Palin, Celebrating The 'Heroism Of Motherhood' In Bethesda

Our favorite former "Miss Wasilla," Sarah Palin, spoke about the "heroism of motherhood" this evening at the "Heroes Among Us" fundraiser dinner in Bethesda, Md.

Sarah -- mother of five kids (Track, Trig, Bristol, Willow and Piper ) and former "Miss Congeniality of Alaska" -- was the event's keynote speaker.

The speech focused on empowering women to help them make the "courageous choice for life."

Julianne Moore Is Sarah Palin: Shooting For HBO's 'Game Change' Begins

Here's a first look at Julianne Moore as Sarah Palin for HBO's Game Change, a movie about the 2008 election.

We've gone ahead and used the magic of photoshop to put the picture next to one of the real Sarah Palin, and, wow.

We think they nailed it, how about you?

Note ... Shooting for the movie, based on the book of the same name by Mark Halperin, started this week and also stars Ed Harris as John McCain. We'll definitely be watching it.

Newt Gingrich: No. 1 Potential 2012 Presidential Politico (Among Tweeps)

Who's on top when it comes to potential 2012 presidential candidates ... on Twitter?

Turns out that former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has a sizeable edge with more than 1.3 million followers.

Here's a breakdown:

  1. @NewtGingrich (1.3 million followers)
  2. @RealDonaldTrump (503,000 followers)
  3. @SarahPalinUSA (485,000 followers)
  4. @GovMikehuckabee (146,000 followers)
  5. @MicheleBachmann (42,000 followers)
  6. @repronpaul (41,000 followers)
  7. @MittRomney (36,000 followers)
  8. @Tim Pawlenty (30,000 followers)
  9. @MarcoRubio (28,000 followers)
  10. @HaleyBarbour (14,000 followers)
  11. @JebBush (12,000 followers)
  12. @RickSantorum (6,500 followers)

Of course, all of them combined are still far behind @BarackObama whose tweeting followers are nearing 7.5 million.

But, if Twitterland had its say, Lady Gaga might be our new POTUS.

No politician beats neither @ladygaga (9.4 million followers) nor @justinbieber (8.9 million followers).

Poll: Charlie Sheen For President? Perhaps.

Two-thirds of Americans have a negative opinion of Charlie Sheen, according to a Public Policy Polling survey (obviously not Twitter).

But, that doesn't mean he's #losing.

Many Americans polled said they would cast a ballot for Charlie, depending on the circumstances, that is.

Here's the breakdown:

  • Independents would prefer the Charlie to Sarah Palin: 41% - 36%
  • Democrats would prefer a Sheen ticket to a Palin ticket: 44% -24%
  • Republicans would vote Charlie before voting for President Barack Obama: 37% - 28%

"The fact that Republicans and Democrats would vote for Charlie Sheen over the opposing party's nominee shows how polarized things have become in America," said Dean Debnam, President of Public Policy Polling.

Now -- even if you are not a Charlie fan -- you have to admit: this is pretty #winning.

Bristol Palin spanks Momma Palin on Twitter

This week, Briston Palin called her mom a member of the "lame stream media" because she has staffers running her Twitter account. ...

"You are a paid member of the "lame stream media" you're always referring to, mom. Fire all of your ghost writers and tweet for yourself :("  -- Bristol Palin

Uh oh. Trouble in Wasilla. #wasillafail
