If you're looking for new digs in the Chicago area -- and have some serious cash to spend -- we've got the perfect place for you.
The house from Home Alone, quite possibly the second best Christmas movie featuring close-quarters combat (the best being Die Hard, of course), is up for sale.
With an initial asking price of $2.4 million, it's a steal for this 4,250-square-foot Georgian that boasts 14 rooms, including four bedrooms and three-plus baths.
The current owners paid a mere $875,000 for the house in 1988, but that was before it got the mark up of being part of cinematic history.
We've yet to hear from Glittarazzi upper management in regards to our request to snag the house for use as the HQ for a possible Chicago branch, but we've already started working on our designs for homemade booby traps to keep Joe Pesci and Daniel Stern from breaking in.
