We headed out to Bethesda, Md., Tuesday evening to meet with with some of the 111th US Open's hottest stars -- who made an appearance at the "US Open Players ParTEE" at BlackFinn to raise funds for Caddy for a Cure.
The following golfers were expected to arrive around 7 p.m., but (like all famous hotties) were tardy for the parTEE. The "VIP Meet and Greet" was supposed to take place from 7 to 8 p.m., but the celebs didn't start arriving until 10 p.m. (Oh, snap! That's ages in Glittarazzi years.)
And so, we're dishing out some spankings to:
Since we had so much extra time -- and the party invitation said the event would feature appearances by several local celebrities as well, which we assumed was us since we didn't recognize anyone else -- we posed a lot.
We posed on the red carpet again, and again with our iPhone. (See pic, above)
We also learned a lot about Caddy for a Cure -- it donates 100% of its proceeds to charity while providing its supporters with opportunities to caddy for PGA and LPGA professionals during practices and Pro-Am rounds of official PGA and LPGA Tour events.
We also learned some golf slang. (That's why we're so choosing a "chicken stick" the next time we come across a "tight hole." :-o)
