Photos: Dominique Strauss-Kahn's New NYC Apartment (Retail Price: $50K/Month)

Disgraced former IMF Chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn is living in the lap house-arrest luxury.

He has moved from his old place to a new $50,000 per month townhouse in New York's swanky TriBeCa neighborhood. His unit is on a cobblestone street and features heated floors, a home theater, gym, spa, bar, a rec room and Boffi Kitchen with Miele and Gaggenau appliances.

The 6,804 sq. ft. house, once listed for $14 million, is said to be the most expensive rental in the neighborhood. (It even recently caught Cameron Diaz's eye.)

And, last night, we hear he dined with his wife on $250 worth of steak and salad from Landmarc restaurant with his wife. (Hot damn!)

Team Glittarazzi is wondering if there's any way we can go under NY house arrest without having to, you know, resort to groping hotel maid.

Photos: Sarah Palin's New $1.7M Arizona Home

Rumor has it that Sarah Palin bought a new $1.7M home in Scottsdale, Ariz., this month -- and we've got the scoop.

Located at 29005 N 82nd Street in Scottsdale, Ariz. -- a comfortable 2,338 miles away from our Washington, D.C., office -- our spies say her alleged new home was purchased May 13, 2011, for $1,695,000 from investor Ian Whitmore (who purchased it in March 2010 for $805K).

The 7,900 sq. ft. home purchase was made by Safari Investments LLC, according to the The Arizona Republic. Attorney Alan Kierman, the contact person listed for the Delaware company, said he has "no comment," regarding whether Ms. Palin is behind the investment group. However, our sources say there are rumors that Sarah is a contender for Arizona U.S. Senator Jon Kyl's seat. (Others think she bought as 2012 presidential campaign HQ, but we kind of doubt that.)

Since Saturday, we're told that about 13 "No Trespassing" notices and local security company signs have been posted around the property -- which features horse facilities, RV/boat parking and a smart home system.

Oh, snap! "No Trespassing?" This ruins our weekend plans. We were totally going to fly out there, armed with Flip cams, and snoop.

    Photos: Gigi Goyette, Arnold Schwarzenegger's Love Child's Baby Momma

    Meet Gigi Goyette.

    She was a child actress on Little House On The Prairie.

    And, she was allegedly paid $20,000 by American Media -- which owns two bodybuilding magazines that Arnold used to help edit, as well as The National Enquirer -- to cover up an affair with The Terminator.

    Gigi claimed in interviews (in 2005) that she had a brief fling with Arnold in 1975. Then, they reconnected in the 1980s, and carried on a once a year affair (usually at an annual Ohio fitness convention he hosted), she said.

    Isn't it ironic that American Media, which is in the business of publishing gossip would actually allegedly pay to cover this up?

    We think, if she would have played her cards right, she could have nabbed a hot $250K.

     

    UPDATE: It seems that Mildred "Patty" Baena is Arnold's alleged baby momma -- not Gigi Goyette. Apparently, Gigi was another chick he allegedly slept with. *shaking our heads* The Terminator had too many chicks on the side? We can't keep track.

    Twitpic Signs Deal With WENN To Represent Celebrity Photos

    Twitter users beware -- that next Twitpic could cost you.

    Photo agency WENN has signed a deal with Twitpic to "represent" celebrity photos.

    "The belief by some that any photo posted on Twitter is available at no cost is completely wrong, but now, as result of this new arrangement, anyone wishing to publish celebrity photos posted on Twitter via Twitpic will be able to do so legitimately via WENN."

    Simply put, you'll have to fork over some dough if tweeting, retweeting or posting celebrity twitpics without permission.

    Even your own twitpics aren't safe.

    Twitpic has released this update clarifying their terms of service:

    “To clarify our ToS regarding ownership, you the user retain all copyrights to your photos and videos, it's your content. Our terms state by uploading content to Twitpic you allow us to distribute that content on twitpic.com and our affiliated partners. This is standard among most user-generated content sites (including Twitter). If you delete a photo or video from Twitpic, that content is no longer viewable.”

    But have no fear.

    Sites like MobyPicture have come to the rescue giving control back to the users.

    Power to the people!

    Photos: We Had a Ball ... On The Mall

    The monuments aren't the only reason to break out your cameras on the National Mall.

    This was especially true at the Ball on the Mall this weekend, which has become one of Washington, D.C.'s best philanthropic events. The soiree raises funds to support of the Trust for the National Mall through the L'Enfant Society.

    A beautiful spring night was complemented by dinner and dancing with a beautiful backdrop of the monuments.

    It was a night to remember for all in attendance.
