Navy SEALs have taken on many considerable enemies as they've battled across the globe.
They go through hellish training and are probably the toughest group of soldiers on the planet. But, we’re not sure if they were at all prepared for their latest skirmish. No, we're not talking about Osama. This one was with Mickey Mouse.
It seems that the Walt Disney Company tried to trademark "SealTeam 6" in an effort to create exclusivity for future merchandise related to a proposed TV show about the elite unit for ABC (which Disney owns).
The public response was pretty much what you would expect: swift and apoplectic. Disney quickly withdrew its application and apologized before it all turned into a protracted legal battle with the Navy.
We think the whole thing went better for them than for the last person who went up against SEAL Team 6. (Hint: He got shot in the face.)
