It seems that the real breakout star of the Royal Wedding wasn't any member of the wedding party, a random royal, or even a celebrity guest. It was a hat.

Yeah, that's right  ... a hat. Princess Beatrice of York's hat to be specific.

It's got its own Internet meme, and now, Wir Machen Cupcakes, a Munich-based bakery, has made the hat into a cupcake. (See pic, above.)

Now you that hat was a cultural phenomenon -- a freaking delicious cultural phenomenon.
