UK Brewery Releases 'Royal Virility' Beer

We've previously written about the insanity of products that have been released to commemorate the upcoming Royal Wedding.

But it seems we're not the only ones who think things across the pond have gotten a little nuts.

Brew Dog, which brags to be the largest independent brewery in Scotland has just released it's own Royal Wedding beer -- sort of.

It seems the beer masters were a little annoyed at all the specialty beers being rolled out the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton that they made their own.

Ten thousand bottles of Royal Virility Performance IPA are now available for £10.00 (about $16.50) each. According the Brew Dog's website, the beer contains "herbal Viagra, chocolate, Goat Weed and 'a healthy dose of sarcasm.'"

As the site explains:

"A beer should be brewed with a purpose, not just because some toffs are getting married, so we created something at our brewery that will undermine those special edition beers and other assorted seaside tat, whilst at the same time actually give the happy couple something extra on their big day."

We'll drink to that.

Want a Slice of Royal Wedding Pizza?

OK. The whole Royal Wedding craze is getting out of hand.

It started going overboard with the insane markup for commemorative mug misprints featuring Prince Harry instead of Prince William. Then, it was the William and Kate toilet seat cover.

Now, Papa John's in the UK is offering the Prince William and Kate Middleton Royal Wedding Pizza.

According to reports, one order of the specialty pizza sells for £500, which is about $818.

Our favorite part of it?

If you look close enough you can see how ham slices are edging out the bits of pineapple for Prince William's hair -- ahhh, he's going bald in pizza form as well.

Someone Either Got Fired (Or Promoted) For This

To the left is a commemorative Royal Wedding mug.

It looks nice enough -- except for the fact that Prince Harry's mug is on the mug, next Kate Middleton (Prince William's fiancée).

Whoops! That's embarrassing.

There's also a wonky inscription on the mug: "The fairytale romantic union of all the centuries. 29th April 2011."

Ironically, the mug has become something of a collector's item and is selling for over $150 on ebay, which a lot more than the retail price for the accurately designed wedding mugs.

Whatever the case, we kind of hope this sparks some serious Royal sibling rivalry.
