Mel Gibson Is Back And He Doesn't Care If He's In Another Movie. Ever. Again.

Remember Mel Gibson?
He was the guy who made some pretty decent movies and then just kind of imploded into haze of DUIs, drunken anti-Semitism, an impregnated Russian girlfriend, and a taped phone conversation screaming the n-word.
Yeah, well, he's kind of back.
He's got a new movie coming out (it was shot before everyone hated him).
And, he's given his first interview since the whole caught-on-tape-saying-pretty-much-the-most-racist-word-you-can-say thing.
Of course, the highlight of the interview is when he says he doesn't care if he acts again: "I could easily not act again. It's not a problem. I'm going to do something now because I want to do it and because it's fun."
The Beaver, which also stars Jodie Foster (who directed it as well) hits theaters next month -- and, from all reports, it's supposed to be pretty good and may even revive Gibson's career.
We won't hold our breath.
