Last night, DC met Kelsey Grammer's new fiancee

"Frasier" is getting married ... again!

We bumped into Kelsey Grammer, 55, and his new fiancee, Kayte Walsh, 29, at the Kennedy Center Honors last night.

We always thought he was charming, but he was more charismatic than ever with Miss Kayte -- a Virgin Atlantic Airways flight attendant -- by his side.

The couple plans to walk down the aisle as soon as Kelsey's divorce with his third wife -- Bravo Real Housewives of Los Angeles star Camille Donatacci -- finalizes.
