'Jingle Bell Rock' is The Rookery's last hurrah

The Rookery's threw a fun "Jingle Bell Rock" party this weekend -- an holiday event that also served as the venue's last hurrah.

Come New Year's Eve, co-owner Bo Blair and team will re-open the venue as a New Orleans-themed restaurant called Bayou.

But that shocking news didn't stop guests from mingling in their ugliest Christmas sweaters and drunken bad Santa suits as they rocked out to Buster Brown and the Get Down band. [Read more on Metromix!]
