Will Chinatown walk on eggshells as it meats Gaga fans?

Not to egg on the Grammys "womb" debacle on or anything, but ...

When Lady Gaga does Washington, D.C., next week we're wondering how the Verizon is going to smell when it is full of all of those raw meat and egg costumes?

We're also wondering -- where should people eat when they're wearing some meat?

Thank goodness TBD's Sarah Godfrey looked into this for all the little monsters. ...

  • The manager of The Green Turtle sports bar (inside of the Verizon Center) says they have a standard rule of no shirt, no shoes, no service, but, "we do reserve the right to turn anyone away."
  • The Clyde's of Gallery Place manager said, "Well, we always have had a casual dress code." On the meat dress: "I don't know what to say to that." On the egg: "I do not know." On fake blood: "I really don't know what to say to that."
  • General manager at Matchbox said, "As long as it's not offensive, we have no problem with it."
  • And, Rocket Bar is less concerned with meat and eggs -- and said they will be more concerned with checking IDs. "Obviously you can't be butt naked, but if you're wearing clothes, and there isn't any potential for harm to the person dressed or anyone else, we really don't care."

All Glittarazzi hopes is that its bloggers will be arm-in-arm with some fresh meat. (Hey, we can't help it. We were born this way.) *wink*
