We caught Chris Barron, the head of GOProud, working out in the Marriott Wardman-Park hotel gym today during CPAC.

Not only are his abs impressive, but Chris has penned opinion pieces -- in The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Roll Call, The Hill and Politico -- for a variety of leading political figures and members of Congress.

In addition to his work for a variety of clients, Chris has an extensive personal resume of media appearances. He has appeared on MSNBC, NBC, CBS, CNN, CNN Headline News, Fox News -- and now, Glittarazzi.

Sorry ladies.

This man may have some of the best abs you've seen in a long time, but he is happily married ... to his partner.
