Meet Jonathan Payton.

Last Tuesday, the 18-year-old dressed in a cow costume and walked, on all fours, into a Wal-Mart in North Stafford, Va.

OK. There's nothing wrong with that, but it only gets weirder from there.

He then proceeded to load up a shopping cart with 26 gallons of milk, which amounted to about $92 worth of cow-juice. He then excited the store and attempted to give the milk away for free.

When security confronted Jonathan, he ran away. Police arrested him later at the McDonald's across the street, sans bovine outfit.
 

We don't know the exact reason behind Jonathan's "crime," but we're going to go with either performance art or drugs. (Probably both.)
