'Irreconcilable Differences': Maria Shriver Files For Divorce From Arnold Schwarzenegger

Today, Maria Shriver filed for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger due to "irreconcilable differences."

Maria's divorce attorney is Laura Wasser -- a 43-year-old Los Angeles celebrity divorce attorney.

Maria and Arnold have been married for 25 years. Maria is seeking shared custody of their minor children (Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13). According to divorce documents, "the property accumulated during the marriage will be divided at a later date. ... And ... there is no prenup, so all of Arnold and Maria's earnings over the past quarter century will be divided 50/50."

So far, there has been no comment from Arnold.

'The Terminator' Is Back (In The Dating Game): Arnold Schwarzenegger And Maria Shriver Separate

Ladies, if you missed your chance with Mr. Universe ... now, you might have a second chance with The Terminator.

Yes, it's true -- former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver are separating. The couple says they'll live apart as they decide whether or not to divorce.

"This has been a time of great personal and professional transition for each of us,” Arnold, 63, and Maria, 55, said in a joint statement.

"After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion, and prayer, we came to this decision together."

We knew he'd be back (in the dating pool).

Pro-Skater Tony Hawk Swoops In On Best Bud's Wife

Professional Skateboarder Tony Hawk has left his third wife, Lhotse Merriam, for Cathy Goodman -- wife of almost 20 years to his friend and business partner.

Tony, who rose to prominence in the late 90s and made a fortune off of his "Tony Hawk Pro Skater" brand of video games, filed for divorce in San Diego last month from Lhotse. Supposedly, Lhotse discovered the affair when she found out that Tony had bought a plane ticket for Cathy to join him on a trip to San Francisco.

Tony and Matt have reportedly been friends since childhood. How much you want to bet that's over?

Life Swap: Here's Where To Get A Deal (And Some Retail Therapy) Post-Breakup

Breakups suck.

Sure, even if you promise to "try and stay friends," there's still some messiness left over, even a little clutter.

Usually, it's just emotional baggage that your ex leaves in his or her wake.

But, sometimes, it's also physical. There's jewelry, clothing, gifts. ... And, you just want to get rid of it.

You could toss it in the trash, donate it to charity, burn it -- or, why not make some money off of it?

Enter The Ex Outlet, an online sales exchange for people to sell the unwanted remnants of their heartache.

Even though there's a bit of a moral grey area, you can find some great deals.  (We were especially impressed with the jewelry selections -- including diamond rings.)

Don't have anything to sell from your relationship's demise? You can also just log on and share your story.

Whatever helps, you know?
