Cougar Town Producer David Arquette, White Chicks' Marlon Wayans and American Pie's Jason Biggs were lobbying for the arts on Capitol Hill last week.

But, they couldn't seem to remember all of the deets after a few rounds of drinks at Dirty Martini after the The Creative Coalition event at The Washington Club Friday night.

We're not sure if they were all intoxicated (David just celebrated 100 days of sobriety). But, there was a lot of booze floating around in that Dupont Circle hotspot.

Lesson Learned: People really do "come clean" and "leave dirty" when they dine at Dirty Martini.
