This weekend, we popped by the White House for a tour of its gardens and grounds.
And, it was totally amazeballs!
From Michelle Obama's Kitchen Garden to Jackie O's flower garden, everything looked gorgeous and did not disappoint.
We saw:
- Jacqueline Kennedy Garden
- Rose Garden
- South Lawn
- White House Kitchen Garden
- White House Children's Garden
Want to see it for yourself? The White House is opening its gardens and grounds to visitors on four occasions: Saturday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Friday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 20 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
These Garden Tours are free and open to the public; however, a ticket is required for all attendees (including small children). The National Park Service will distribute free, timed tickets at the Ellipse Visitor Pavilion located at 15th and E Streets on each tour day beginning at 8 a.m. Tickets will be distributed -- one ticket per person -- on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no tours of the East Wing and Executive Residence on the dates of the Garden Tours.
And, if you go, make sure you tweet @glittarazzi and tag #WHgarden so we can RT your pic!
