Attach the pad to your underwear with double-sided tape (included, don’t worry), and you’re safe for the day. The product information doesn’t say how many farts a single pad can handle, or for how long it’s recommended to wear one before changing. (Hopefully no longer than 24 hours ... but, hey, you never know.) 

Flat-D isn’t perfect, though. One user review highlighted the product’s cons on the Colonial Medical website:

“These don’t work with the wet ones! If your going to trust these then don’t wear white pants! Trust me on this one particularly if you blow red from time to time!”
