Yves Saint Laurent was a designer known for his elegant style, his breathtaking designs and ... his difficult-to-pronounce name.
Well, that last part is changing.
Yves Saint Laurent will rebrand itself as Saint Laurent Paris as it launches its new Spring 2013 collection -- the first one designed by the company's new Creative Director Hedi Slimane.
We're not really feeling it. The iconic "YSL" logo is one of our favorite piece of designer history.
"SLP" just doesn't have the same ring to it.
