The groundhog has spoken!
Politicians, Washingtonians and committee officials hit Washington, D.C.'s Dupont Circle bright and early this morning to mingle and to get a weather prediction from "Potomac Phil" -- Punxsutawney Phil's cousin -- at the first annual Groundhog Day celebration in our Nation's Capital.
