Halloween is one of our favorite holidays -- and, we've just discovered that the holiday has much more potential than we realized.

May we present: Halloween or Williamsburg, the fun new blog that lets you guess whether the people they feature are dressed up like crazies on purpose or to be "cool."

(For the newbies, Williamsburg is a part of Brooklyn that is considered an an influential hub for indie rock, hipster culture.)
