"Reading Rainbow" is making a comeback -- to an iPad near you!
Original TV Host LeVar Burton (photo, above) also hosts the app, which offers kids books and video field trips to get them motivated to read ... just like the show did.
The app even allows parents to get involved by letting them keep track of their kids' progress, providing them with discussion topics and questions related to the books, and putting parents in touch to share tips and recommendations.
Sounds like a blast! Maybe we'll start having "Reading Rainbow" time at Glittarazzi HQ. ...
