Things got a little ugly on the "Jim Rome Show" this week.
Reporter Jim Rome asked NBA commissioner David Stern whether the NBA's draft lottery is rigged, to which David responded: "Have you stopped beating your wife yet?"
Although we totally get his point -- not wanting to answer what seems like a loaded question -- we definitely feel that David should have tried a different route.
Wife-beating is never the way to prove a point.
DiD yOu KnOw? ... This isn't Jim Rome's first time being in the line of fire. He once taunted NFL quarterback Jim Everett on his radio show, and the football player lashed out by overturning the table and shoving the radio host to the gound. Ouch!
