Katy Perry's been running a fever for a few days now.

(Don't judge us -- we just love following her Twitter obsessively!)

But, the sickness didn't stop her from performing for the guys and gals of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., this week.

Not only did she wear a sexy little sailor outfit, she also called up one of the actual sailors onstage for a kiss.

"If I told you I had a cold, if I told you I flew here with a 101.8 temperature, would you still be all right with that?" she asked the sailor.

The lucky, lucky sailor said, "Oh, yeah!" and then got to dip Katy to recreate this iconic moment (watch the video, below).

Wow-ee! Is it hot in here, or are we just running a fever?
