We can't wait for the official launch of Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation later this month.

And, apparently, neither can Oprah Winfrey ... or U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, or Deepak Chopra.

All three celebs will join Mother Monster at the launch on Feb. 29 at Harvard University.

We love the idea behind the anti-bullying foundation, which will address issues -- such as self-confidence and well-being.
