DoSomething.org released its list of this year's "Top 20 Celebs Gone Good."
And, unsurprisingly, Lady Gaga won first place.
Her activism for Japan, gay rights, lupus, AIDS, poverty and cancer are just a few ways Mother Monster has helped out since her rise to celebrity just three years ago.
This is the second time she's topped Do Something's list -- which, this year, put Justin Bieber at a close second.
In 2011, the Biebz launched his "Believe Charity Drive" to benefit music education and the battle against children's cancer.
Other celebs who made the 2011 list include George Clooney, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
