Uh oh, Washington Capital Alex Ovechkin has a new girlfriend.
But, she's not just any girl, she's Russian Tennis Star Maria Kirilenko.
The news hit the grapevine when Ovi tweeted a photo of them (below), calling her his "queen." (Aww! How sweet is that?)
Maria is 24 and won her first WTA Tour title in 2005, defeating Anna-Lena Grönefeld in the China Open. She is ranked no. 27 in the world.
In 2006, she was also the face of Adidas by Stella McCartney; she has played exclusively in Stella's gear since the 2006 Australian Open.
We are so happy we have a new, sporty Washington couple -- just in time for the holidays.
