French sculptor Jean-Marc Laroche is obessed with sex and death.
And if he isn't ... you would never know it from his latest exhibit.
The sculptor, formerly a creator of art knives, is debuting his latest exhibition of what he calls "The Curious." The exhibit, "Lovers in the Hereafter," is coming to NYC's Museum of Sex this week. It will feature life-sized scupltures of skeletons in various sexual positions. The works, which are made from resin and steel, can only be described as, well, expressive in nature.
