We just can't seem to get enough of a good scandal.

So, luckily, a reporter for The New Republic sat down for wine and quesadillas with Rielle Hunter -- former lover of John Edwards -- recently and got some good scoop.

In case you forgot the whole story, the former Senator was caught in the middle of a scandal when the press caught wind that he had been involved in an extramarital affair, and, subsequently, had a child by way of his mistress.

Now that the madness has finally died down, and since John is now widowed after the death of his wife from breast cancer, Rielle seems to have no problem implying that things are back on and better than ever.

We say live and let live -- but, just keep sending the juicy gossip our way. We need something to read about when the Kardashians aren't on TV!
