Mike Huckabee doesn't understand why Chick-Fil-A has been getting so much negative attention -- since company COO Dan Cathy explained that, as a company, the fast-food chain is against gay marriage.
In fact, Mike loves Chick-Fil-A so much he's calling for a national holiday: "Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day."
While we do appreciate a good chicken biscuit now and then, we can't say we're in support of his idea.
After all, McDonald's created the amazing McRib and doesn't have its own holiday!
DiD yOu KnOw? ... Among those who have condemned Chick-Fil-A's stance are the Jim Henson Company (who will no longer partner to supply "Muppets" toys at the franchises), and Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino, who said that the company "doesn't belong in Boston."
