Khaled Hosseini -- international best-selling author of "The Kite Runner" and "A Thousand Splendid Suns" -- made a keynote speech at the "World Refugee Day Collaboration Concert" this week at 18th Street Lounge in Washington, D.C. The event was held to celebrate and honor the internally displaced people, returnees and refugees of Afghanistan with an evening of words, music and collaboration.
