The Nets are giving away three scholarships to students that will be attending college in the 2012-13 school year. The giveaway is part of an anniversary celebration to commemorate the Nets, being in New Jersey 35 years. The Nets Foundation Appreciation Scholarships are $35,000 each.

Students interested in applying should either email their request for the scholarship application to crelations(at)njnets.com, or call the Nets Community Relations Department at (201) 635-3145. The scholarship-winning students will be honored at a Nets home game in April.
