It’s a part of the hazing process — to benefit charity, of course.

More than 14,000 people took the plunge Saturday as a part of the 16th annual “Polar Bear Plunge” to benefit the Special Olympics Maryland.

If there’s one thing I like it’s big trucks. (I’m originally from West Virgina.)

So, when I heard that Monster Jam was coming to Washington, D.C., I was all over it. Extra bonus: Not one Team Glittarazzi member had actually been to a monster truck competition, so I knew it would make for some great footage.

Thank you to Monster Jam for giving us access to your incredible drivers and the trucks. We had a blast!

We took Team Glittarazzi out to dinner Saturday night, then we popped by Tattoo Bar in Washington, D.C., (which is owned by our friends at Michael Romeo Group).

Not only did we bump into the talented video master, DJ BennyC, we saw several of our Tattoo staff and friends. The people at this venue are really great fun. Several of them have been working at the unique, motorcycle-themed establishment since it opened its doors in 2007.
