Just found this is my inaugural ball files. Check out the final moments of the Inaugural Ball at the Warner Theater benefiting USO and TAPS. George Clinton and Sly Stone get down and flip off the President Bush. I was there, but must’ve been talking to Andy Baldwin when the flipping and eff George sign hit the stage!
