- Faith Hill and Tim McGraw recently moved into the Nashville home they’ve been building for four years (moving into their new home, which listed their Nashville home, they have dropped $4M off the price of their Beverly Hills home. It was listed at $14.8 million
- The West Village (NYC) duplex that Jude Law is currently renting is now on the market for $6.9M.

- Sarah Henrietta Hoblyn Jones bought a 3,500-square-foot condo on Central Park W. in Lincoln Square for $9M. Jones is the district manager of Gap New York, the retail clothing giant.
- Russian chessmaster (turned fierce critic of Vladimir Putin) Garry Kasparov has paid $3.4M for a penthouse apartment at 205 West 76th Street.
- Billionaire publishing heir Robert Ziff has gone into contract to sell his condo at the Trump International, which was listed at $11.5M.
- Shopping center mogul Murray Goodman’s NYC duplex hit the market a year ago at $32.5M; now, Cityfile reports, it’s been reduced to $25.6M. But, no worries. … Mr. Goodman will eventually make money on the home — he bought it for just $1.41M back in 1981.
- The Beverly hills home of Dr. Robert Rey, star of E! Entertainment Television’s “Dr. 90210,” is back on the market at $4.395M.
- Christian Lacroix recently sold a Paris apartment for €1.2M, or about $1.8M. (It was originally listed in January for €2M.)
- Singer John Legend bought a $1.9M condo in New York’s East Village; meanwhile, he has gone into contract to sell his two-bedroom condo for around $1M (it was recently listed at $1.195 million).
- Hockey legend Wayne Gretzky and his wife Janet have been spotted shopping for a NYC residence in the $7M to $15M range.
- Late news anchor Walter Cronkite’s 3BR, 5BA co-op — on the 25th floor of 870 United Nations Plaza – has just hit the market for $2.995 million.

- Luke M. Mullins and Anne C. Schroeder-Mullins bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home in Northwest on Yuma Street in Washington, D.C., from Maren H. Leggett and Peter A. Leggett. The Leggetts bought the property for $670,000 in August 2003. The 1,334-square-foot house was built in 1937 in the American University Park in Tenleytown. Mullins is an associate editor at USNews.com. Schroeder-Mullins is a gossip columnist at Politico.com. She previously wrote for the The Washington Post.
- Speechwriter Harry Julius Kruglik recently bought a 2BR condo in Washington, D.C.. The condo unit is in The Magdaline, a luxury condo development located between the U Street Corridor and Columbia Heights. Kruglik is a speech writer at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in Chicago. He was deputy director of presidential correspondence at the White House. The Magdaline, which was built in 2008, has 20 units on four levels.
- Leah and Tomer Shoval bought a 2BR, 2BA condo at the three-story Elysium condominium. Ms. Shoval is a photo art director at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, a global public relations agency which specializes in consumer marketing, corporate, healthcare and social marketing. Additionally, she is the owner and president of EVIDENCE creative. Mr. Shoval is a financial specialist at Wachovia Bank.
